In the Kitchen with celebrity chef, author, & TV personality, Sara Moulton, making Sauteed Beer Battered Shrimp!

Sara, who was the Executive Chef of Gourmet magazine and host of PBS’s Sara’s Weeknight Meals, cooked for us while in RI for an appearance.  Of course she brought along her Chantal pans! 

Sara’s husband, Bill Adler, a hip-hop industry veteran was in the “audience” — we just loved having their company!!  Sara & Meaghan worked together at Gourmet/Conde Nast in New York City.
